* WHAT…Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 to 32 expected. * WHERE…Upper Hood River Valley. * WHEN…From midnight tonight to 8 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest probability for below freezing temperatures (greater than 80%) is from Parkdale south at the higher elevations. As you near the river, chances drop significantly. Around Odell there is around a 40% chance of at or below freezing temperatures.
