Locations impacted include… Lima, Delphos, Bluffton, Fort Shawnee, Columbus Grove, Elida, Pandora, Cairo, Harrod, Beaverdam, Westminster, Yoder, Conant, Vaughnsville, Hume, Slabtown, Gomer, Rushmore, Rousculp, and Southworth. This includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 119 and 141.
