The combination of light winds, clear skies, and lingering low level moisture from recent rain has allowed for patchy fog formation across far northeast Indiana into northwest Ohio early this morning. The fog may be locally dense with visibilities of one quarter of a mile or less. Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities across short distances. Visibilities are expected to improve shortly after daybreak.
