At 514 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles northeast of Breitenbush Springs, or 21 miles northeast of Detroit, moving northwest at 20 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Detroit, Idanha, Bagby Hot Springs, Timothy Lake, Three Lynx, Breitenbush Springs, and Table Rock. In Oregon this includes State Highway 22 east of Salem between mile markers 52 and 60.
