Some storm drains will overflow, and some seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost certain to contain a mix of saltwater. Little improvement is expected, even at lower tides.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This strong thunderstorm will be near… Milwaukee, West Allis, Wauwatosa, New Berlin, Greenfield, Oak Creek, Greendale, Hales Corners, Elm Grove, and West Milwaukee around 930 PM CDT. South Milwaukee, Cudahy, and St. Francis around 940 PM CDT. Milwaukee Hoan Bridge around 945 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include State Fair Park, Milwaukee South Shore Park, Marquette University, Mitchell Park Domes, Milwaukee Co Zoo, AmFam Field, and Maier Festival Park.
