FFWSHV The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for… Southeastern Harrison County in northeastern Texas… * Until 815 PM CST. * At 613 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE…Radar indicated. At 603 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles north of Madisonville, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Leon County. This includes Interstate 45 between mile markers 152 and 154.

At 502 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking gusty winds and snow showers along a line from near Lame Deer to the Bighorn Mountains moving southeast at 25 mph. Locations impacted include… Sheridan, Broadus, Ranchester, Dayton, Lodge Grass, Lame Deer, Busby, Ashland, Crow Agency, Big Horn, Clearmont, Birney, Tongue River Reservoir, Birney Village, Kirby, Rosebud Battlefield Park, Muddy Cluster, Otter, Banner and Leiter. Winds may gust 40 to 55 mph and visibility may drop below 1 mile. The strongest winds are expected over Sheridan County, Wyoming.
