* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE…Guam and Rota. * WHEN…Through late tonight. * IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – An unsettled pattern caused by a passing tropical disturbance, Invest 96W, is likely to produce heavy showers and thunderstorms, some of which could result in localized flash flooding, particularly in central or southern Guam through tonight.
