FFWMTR The National Weather Service in San Francisco has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for… The Pickett burn area in… West Central Napa County in northern California… * Until 415 PM PDT. * At 311 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain falling over the Pickett Burn Area. Between 0.7 and 0.9 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
