* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE…The Moenkopi Wash in north central Arizona, including the following county, Coconino. * WHEN…Until 115 AM MST /215 AM MDT/ Sunday. * IMPACTS…Flooding in the Moenkopi Wash, surrounding creeks and normally dry washes is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 707 PM MST /807 PM MDT/, stream gauges on the Moenkopi Wash, located just south of the Village of Moenkopi, indicated levels have risen more than 10 feet. The wash remains in major flood stage at that location. – This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers… Moenkopi Wash, Hamblin Wash and Begashibito Wash. – Additional information is available at weather.gov/flagstaff.
