* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of South Texas, including the following county, Webb. * WHEN…Until 115 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1117 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding

Patches of dense fog have been observed over the western spine of Upper Michigan tonight and are expected to continue through early this morning. Visibilities in dense fog may drop down to a quarter mile or less at times. Be sure to travel with your low- beam headlights on and leave extra space behind other drivers when driving through fog.
