In Washington, Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest. * WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to heavy snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wet snow is expected mainly above 4000 feet. This will impact the higher mountain passes including White Pass and Santiam Pass. Anyone with outdoor activities in the mountains this weekend should be prepared for changing weather conditions.
