Areas of fog occasionally reducing visibility to around one- quarter mile have developed across parts of northwest MN. Travelers should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating visibility, and to use extra caution at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is more likley to improve as winds shift to the northwest behind a front through the early morning hours tonight.
