Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 212 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes the following highways… Interstate 70 in Utah between mile markers 183 and 221. U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 151 and 156. Utah 128 between mile markers 19 and 44.
