Locally dense fog has developed across portions of Berks county. While dense fog will not be widespread, localized visibility may drop below one quarter of a mile. Early morning motorists should use caution through the morning rush. Low beam headlights help keep your vehicle visible to others and reduced speed allows more time for you and others to react. Visibility will improve later this morning.
