At 215 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Dice, or near Hazard, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Hazard, Hindman, Decoy, Ritchie, Buck, Elmrock, Leburn, Dice, Ary, Emmalena, Yellow Mountain, Bearville, Tina, Cordia, Larkslane, Garner, Vest, Carrie, Talcum, and Bulan. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include… Whitley City, Blue Heron, Ayers, Marshes Siding, Pine Knot, Duckrun, Bounty, Strunk, Zion Hill, Hollyhill, Stearns, and Winfield.
