* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Portions of northwest Louisiana, including the following parish, northwestern Caddo and northeast Texas, including the following counties, Camp, Cass, northern Harrison, Marion, Morris, central Titus and northern Upshur. * WHEN…Until 815 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 517 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

At 316 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE…Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include… Corona De Tucson and East Sahuarita. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations… Sahuarita Rd from Houghton Road through Wilmot Road.
