Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will develop from east to west across the western Kenai Peninsula this afternoon and evening. The heaviest snow is expected late this evening through early Friday morning before tapering off. Northerly winds will also increase from tonight into early tomorrow morning, which may result in localized areas of blowing and drifting snow,
