However, elevated flow will likely remain downstream over the next couple of hours as water levels continue to gradually decrease. – This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers… Moenkopi Wash. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Moenkopi.

Patchy to areas of fog have developed across the area early this morning and will likely persist through sunrise. The most concentrated fog will be located in river valleys where it will be dense in spots. Motorists may encounter fluctuating visibilities ranging from good to poor in short distances. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

At 121 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Santa Maria to 7 miles southwest of Lompoc. Movement was east at 10 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Santa Maria… Los Alamos… Orcutt… Sisquoc… and Mission Hills.
