* WHAT…Water levels rising 5 to 7 feet above the normal high tide line. * WHERE…Northern Seward Peninsula. * WHEN…Until 4 AM AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS…Coastal flooding is likely to occur with water levels as high as 7 feet above the normal high tide line. The highest water levels are expected to be from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon (4 PM to 4 PM). The winds will initially come from from the west-southwest Tuesday evening through Thursday morning, then shift northwest and weaken through Friday morning.
