At 724 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Thatcher, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include… Safford, Thatcher, Roper Lake State Park, Pima, Central, Frye Mesa Dam, Mount Graham and Swift Trail Junction. This includes the following highways… Route 191 between mile markers 113 and 120. Route 70 between mile markers 329 and 339.

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following county, Archuleta. * WHEN…Until 900 AM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 820 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. An additional 0.5 to 1.00 inch of rain is possible over the warned area overnight. High flows will continue in creeks, streams and rivers overnight. Sections of state highways, county roads and forest service roads

At 819 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles southeast of Myton, or 10 miles south of Fort Duchesne, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Fort Duchesne and Randlett. This includes U.S. Highway 40 in Utah between mile markers 122 and 130.
