* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE…A portion of south central Colorado, including the following areas, Eastern San Juan Mountains Above 10000 Feet and Upper Rio Grande Valley and Eastern San Juan Mountains Below 10000 Feet. * WHEN…From Friday afternoon through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Tropical moisture will spread into the eastern San Juan mountains in deep southwest upslope flow resulting in repeated rounds of moderate to heavy rain. – http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
