Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. At 926 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles southeast of Stinnett to 7 miles west of Skellytown to 7 miles north of Panhandle. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Borger, Panhandle, Fritch, Stinnett, White Deer, Skellytown, and Sanford.
