Dense fog has been observed across southeast Ohio, northeast Kentucky, and portions of northern and western West Virginia during the overnight hours. Expect visibility to drop under one half mile at many locations. Motorists should exercise extra caution and be prepared for rapidly changing visibility while driving. The fog should diminish or dissipate by mid-morning.

Areas of dense fog are developing this morning, especially near bodies of water and in spots that have recently seen heavy rainfall. Visibilities will fall to less than one half mile. Slow down, and use caution during the morning commute. Expect the fog to burn off by mid to late morning.
