IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Tallahassee, Woodville, Tallahassee State College, Florida A and M, Crawfordville, Lake Bradford, Leon Sinks, Gaither Community Center, Lake Munson, Wakulla Springs, Walker Ford Community Center, South City, Eight Mile Pond, Callen Neighborhood, Bethel, Tallahassee Regional A/P, Springsax Park, Apalachee Ridge Estates, Arran, and Messer Park.

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of eastern North Carolina, including the following counties, Carteret, Craven, Jones and Onslow. * WHEN…Until 930 AM EST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 724 AM EST, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
