* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of north central Texas, including the following county, Lamar. * WHEN…Until 530 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms near Toco that are slowly moving into Paris. Radar estimates up to 2.5 inches of rain has fallen in the past hour. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas along with some roadways will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Toco, Paris, Lake Gibbons, Sumner, Lake Crook and Brookston.

Beaches, headlands, and coastal areas will be most impacted. * WHERE…South Washington and North and Central Oregon Coast. * WHEN…Until 11 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Fog and low stratus will be patchy along the north Oregon and south Washington Coast, but when it does form, it will be dense. Highest concentration of dense fog will be from Lincoln City south towards Florence. Areas from Cannon Beach north will see fog burn off the quickest in the morning.
