Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale Airport, Camelback Mountain, Downtown Scottsdale, Piestewa Peak Park and Salt River Indian Community. –

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Harrells, Garland, and Ivanhoe.

At 1017 PM EDT, Wilkes County officials reported flash flooding along Main Street, Boone Trail Road, and US 421 near Winkler Mill Road. Multiple cars are stalled in water.
