Locations impacted include… Winnsboro, Fairfield County Airport, Monticello, Blythewood, Ridgeway, Rion, Winnsboro Mills, Fairfield Elementary School, Lebanon Fire Station, Smallwood, White Oak, and Fairfield County Detention Center. This includes Interstate 77 between mile markers 30 and 41.
