Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 325 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated additional slow moving showers and storms moving towards the area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen earlier this evening. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Additional flooding is possible along the Frenchman Creek in northern Hitchcock
