LEHIGH UNIVERSITY. The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor with a specialization in computer engineering with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, computer architecture for AI, data centers, and emerging computation domains (e.g. quantum computing, biocomputing, etc.); computer hardware and systems security; AI and LLM reasoning for computer architecture, VLSI design, and EDA; intelligent IoT; embedded systems for AI, robotics, and other emerging applications; and emerging memory technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates must have an earned PhD in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related field by the date of employment.
The individual hired will be expected to teach courses in electrical and computer engineering at the graduate and undergraduate level, engage in scholarly activities, and participate in departmental, college, and university service.
