Area observations and nighttime infrared satellite imagery indicate that fog is expanding across portions of the Suwannee Valley and inland southeast Georgia. Locally dense fog is likely for these locations during the predawn and early morning hours, and Dense Fog Advisories may become necessary towards sunrise. Motorists should remain alert for sudden changes in visibility, especially in low spots and near marshes, rivers, creeks or lakes. Fog is expected to dissipate by the mid-morning hours.
