Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. Pockets of dense fog have develop this morning over portions of north central and northeast South Dakota. Visibility may be reduced to around one-eight of a mile or less, especially across parts of Hamlin county. Those traveling this morning should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility at times.
