At 1129 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles north of Florence, or 10 miles southwest of Harker Heights, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near… Stillhouse Hollow Lake around 1140 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Union Grove, Cedar Valley, Youngsport, Ding Dong, Prairie Dell, and Maxdale. This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 277 and 286.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Cotulla, Gardendale, Woodward, Zella, Fowlerton, Millett, Los Angeles, Artesia Wells, and Chaparral Wildlife Management Area. This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 53 and 82.
