The Department of Engineering Management & Systems Engineering (EMSE) at Old Dominion University invites applicants for a Lecturer that will contribute to the growth and development of current graduate programs beginning July 25, 2025. This is a 10-month annual appointment with opportunities for summer teaching.

Responsibilities will include:

Participation in planning and developing new graduate-level courses. Teaching new graduate-level courses. Collecting and analyzing data related to programmatic needs and outcomes. Help coordinate some of the department’s degree programming and curriculum development. Mentoring or advising master’s and doctoral students.

Faculty in the EMSE department collaborate in interdisciplinary groups and with individuals in industry and government to develop programs.
