Light snow showers will begin for some spots this afternoon but the bulk of the snow arrives tomorrow afternoon/evening and continues through Sunday. South of the Chatanika River, expect around 2 to 4 inches of snow. North and east of the Chatanika River will see the heaviest snow (winter storm watches are issued). There is a 30% chance for 4-6+ inches as the heaviest is only about 30 miles northeast of town. From Manley Hot Springs to Bettles, expect 1 to 3 inches with lesser amounts to the west. Expect 1 to 3 inches around Delta Junction.
