Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 628 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.2 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
