ESFGUM …HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK CANCELLED FOR TINIAN AND SAIPAN… This Hydrologic Outlook is being updated to inform of the issuance of a Flood Watch for Guam and Rota, from late tonight through Friday afternoon as Invest 90W moves northwest, near or just south of the Marianas. A flood watch may be issued for Tinian and Saipan later this week and weekend if 90W’s track brings it closer to the Marianas, and prolonged heavy rainfall is expected further north. Flood Watch information can be found on our page at weather.gov/gum.
