* WHAT…Flooding caused by heavy rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of southeast California, including the following county, Inyo. * WHEN…Until 1030 PM PDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 832 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms near Stovepipe Wells and Furnace Creek. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly within Death Valley National Park. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Stovepipe Wells, Furnace Creek, Texas Springs Campground, Panamint Springs, Mesquite Springs Campground
