Locally dense fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less in spots early this morning. If traveling, be prepared for changes in visibility over a short distance especially on ridgetops or in river and stream valleys. The fog will dissipate and visibility will steadily improve to unrestricted between sunrise and 9AM.
