The combination of light winds, clearing skies or breaks in the cloud cover following recent rainfall is setting the stage for fog development. Areas of fog are expected throughout the night and into early on Monday morning. In some areas, the fog will be dense with visibilities less than a quarter of a mile and in some instances near zero. If traveling overnight or during the Monday morning commute, be alert for sudden changes in visibilities. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.
