Overview: Invest 90W is now Tropical Depression 32W, centered near 8N142E. 32W is drifting around to the south-southwest of Guam. Locally heavy showers and thunderstorms are seen with the 32W in an elongated pattern from south of Yap Proper to west of Weno, Chuuk. Winds: Increasingly gusty easterly winds will become southeasterly tonight into Thursday with sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts to 40 mph possible. Further increases in the wind fields are possible if 32W were to strengthen faster or track further north, closer to the Marianas, though this is not expected at this time. Strongest winds will be seen over Guam, decreasing northward. Tinian and Saipan
