At 309 AM EST, a lake effect snow band was located along a line extending from near DuBois to near State College. Movement was east at 35 mph. Locations impacted include… State College, Lewistown, DuBois, Clearfield, Sandy, Park Forest Village, Boalsburg, Philipsburg, Woodland, Curwensville, Stormstown, Lemont, Bald Eagle, Burnham, Belleville, Houserville, Warriors Mark, Pine Grove Mills, Milroy, and Hyde. The snow can accumulate at a rate of one inch per hour or more in this lake effect snow band. Be prepared for hazardous driving conditions. Consider delaying travel if you will be going through this lake effect snow band. Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be prepared for snow
