Latest highway cameras also indicate snow beginning to accumulate on the roadways, bringing slippery to potentially hazardous road conditions. LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 1059 AM EST, an area of heavy snow was near Saxtons River, or 8 miles north of Townshend moving east at 45 MPH. THIS AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR… Bellows Falls and Saxtons River around 1105 AM EST. SAFETY INFO… Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations.
