* WHAT…Life threatening waves of 3 to 6 feet and dangerous currents are expected. * WHERE…Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha Counties. * WHEN…Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS…Dangerous swimming conditions are expected due to high waves and onshore winds. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…From this morning through this evening, northerly exposed beaches, piers, and/or breakwalls will be most vulnerable to these dangerous currents. By late Monday morning, southerly exposed areas will be at greater risk as wind and wave directions veer southeasterly.

At 912 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Buffalo Lakes, or 7 miles northwest of Agency Village, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Sisseton, Long Hollow Housing, Dakota Connection & Casino, Buffalo Lakes, and northern Lake Traverse Reservation.
