Position Summary

The University of Southern Indiana invites applications for a 9-month renewable Instructor in Computer Science position within the Department Management and Information Sciences, housed in the Romain College of Business. The appointment will begin in Spring 2026.

Duties/Responsibilities 

This position will teach a broad range of undergraduate courses in computer science such as introductory and intermediate object-oriented programming, programming languages, data structures and algorithms, operating systems, and software development.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Qualified candidates must hold a master’s degree in computer science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

The section of Digital and High-Frequency Electronics at the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering invites applications for one or more positions of Postdoctoral Researcher in Robotic System Design for Autonomous Task Manipulation for Repairing High-Voltage Lines. The starting date is November 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary range: The UC postdoc salary scales set the minimum pay determined by experience level at appointment. See the following table(s) for the current salary scale(s) for this position: https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/2025-26/represented-oct-2025-scales/t23.pdf. The current minimum salary range for this position is $69,073 – $77,030 annually. Salaries above the minimum may be offered when necessary to meet competitive conditions.

Percent time: 100%

Anticipated start: January 2026 or flexible

Position duration: 2 years with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability of funding
