Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1014 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain between Halfmoon Landing and Warsaw. This area of rain will move little and may produce a quick 1 to 2 inches of rain through 1215 PM. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1010 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a band of moderate to locally heavy rainfall extending from Edisto Island to Hunting Island. This band will drift to the southwest. A quick inch of rain is possible near high tide. The elevated tide will likely prevent adequate draining in some areas, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. – Some locations
