Expect flooding of low-lying areas and bottom land along both sides of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.5 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 27.1 feet. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. – Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
