Some low-water crossings may become impassable. The Watauga River is rising and may rise into minor flood at Foscoe impacting Shulls Mill Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 214 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
