* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Del Norte. * WHEN…Until 615 AM PST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1217 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area.
