Other locations impacted by this storm include Enfield, Orapax Farms, Etna Mills, Montrose, Sandston, Longdale, Epworth, Westwood, Richmond International, and Fair Oaks.

Patchy dense fog is possible this morning causing reduction in visibility. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility this morning due to the fog. Drive at reduced speeds…watch for children at school bus stops…and use low beam headlights only. Visibility is expected to improve around 9AM this morning.
