Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. At 804 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Titusville. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Titusville, Cocoa, Port Saint John, Mims, and Titusville Airport.

It may sweep swimmers off their feet, making it difficult to return to shore.
